Contributor License Agreement

Before we can merge a contribution to a rotki repository, every commit author signs our Contributor License Agreement once. You keep the copyright to your work; the agreement lets us license rotki under the terms we need.

When you open a pull request, a bot comments with a signing link if you still need to sign. Signing takes about a minute.
